The health and safety of our guests and employees is our TOP PRIORITY and we are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
As your Preferred LIMO Transportation Provider in Tennessee and Kentucky, we are writing to you today to assure you we have taken every proactive measure to combat COVID-19 as it relates to our services. We want you to know that we consider your safety paramount to the success of our operation; we care about your health above ALL ELSE.
The United States Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends cleaning and disinfecting surfaces to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus disease. In response, we’ve increased our cleaning schedules and now use Hospital Grade Disinfectant Cleaning Products without any harmful residue or chemical odor. This Hospital Grade Disinfectant is being sprayed onto surfaces to kill germs, including COVID-19. We are cleaning every interior surface of our vehicles, including seats and seat belts, hard and soft fabric areas as well as Door Handles inside and out before every trip.
Unlike the mass rideshare drivers like UBER and Lyft, and other passenger drivers-for-hire, we see every vehicle and every Chauffeur every day. Unlike a rideshare driver that is providing pooled rides or picking up multiple passengers who would not otherwise be riding together on the same route (Picking Up Riders Back to Back), we allow time between trips to clean and wipe down our limos. Unlike a rideshare driver that goes to work based on their wallet, our chauffeurs are employees. If a chauffeur reports to work and is ill, he or she is sent home until they are asymptomatic. When a vehicle comes back to the garage, it is sanitized by our detailer.
Our employees are updated and knowledgeable in the CDC guidelines on COVID-19 to reduce the transmission of germs. If any of our employees become affected by COVID-19, we have a notification process in place and will reach out to you immediately to inform you of any possible situation. We would also ask that you inform us if any of your group members are subsequently affected within 14 days of travel so that we can take precautionary measures.
When it comes to the safety and well-being of our team members and passengers, we stop at nothing to ensure we are doing everything we can to manage this current situation.
